Cimino's Little Dishes is a delightful surprise at the Country Inn. It is a 35 seat Italian inspired Bistro with a full bar, an occassional piano player or ballad singer on the weekends, and a 30 foot covered patio with tables and chairs right on the beautiful Elk River. The bar has 4 glass doors to take in the awesome view of the Elk, along with the frequent flights of the native Blue Herons. Cimino's Little Dishes is a place to kick back and relax, enjoy your favorite legal beverage or wine, perhaps take in a favorite sporting event on the widescreen television. Our guests enjoy having cocktails in the early evening in Cimino's Little Dishes and usually drift back down to the bar after dinner in the Main House to enjoy company of others and to listen to music. Some guests choose to dine from the Little Dishes Menu and stay right there in the casual atmosphere. The Italian style "tappas" offer guests of Cimino's Little Dishes a chance to sample different enticing appetizers ranging from shrimp, mussels Italiano, breads and olives, salads, cheese plates, to a great Italian Hoagie.
