THE MAIN HOUSE
Tim and Melody Urbanic invite
you to enjoy the casual elegance of their new Country Inn. Cafe Cimino Country
Inn, housed on the 1904 PJ Berry estate, is an evolution of the Urbanic's
critically acclaimed restaurant, Cafe Cimino which has operated since 1999. The
restaurant is now located on the first floor of the old PJ Berry mansion. The
Inn offers four distict dining rooms graced with beautiful mantels,fireplaces
and woodwork throughout. Cafe Cimino Country offers several venues for dining
al fresco; the wrap around porch with sun canopies and umbrellas. The deck with
fire-pit and picnic tables is the perfect spot for a picnic by day or casual
relaxing by the fire at night, the patio on the Elk River is a covered dining
and lounging area attached to the Inn's bar, called Cimino's Little Dishes and
lastly the very romantic Maggie's pond, a gold fish pond shaded by a beautiful
dogwood tree. Your overnight stay at Cafe Cimino Country Inn includes a gourmet
breakfast, served in one of the main dinning rooms or weather permitting on the
wrap around porch.

The main house also offers four luxury guest rooms on
the second floor. These four rooms are the Lucia, the Annabella, the Logan, the
Alex - all named after 4 of Tim and Melody's grandchildren.

THE LOGAN
The Logan, painted in historic
muted blue and red, offers a beautiful wood inlaid queen sleigh bed, original
fleur de lis stain glass window, fireplace with detailed hand carved mantel,
clawfoot soaking tub with shower option. The room has in room remote controlled
air conditioning and original hot water radiant heat. There is a writing desk
with a small TV, a side chair, a dressing chair, beautiful wood and marble
vanity and complimentary robe and slippers for your stay. The Logan room is
calm, stately and solid like the grandson for which it is named.

THE ALEX
The Alex, painted in an
historic green, with burgundy and ivory, has a 4 poster Mission style queen
bed, original fleur de lis stained glass window, handcarved oak mantel and
fireplace with green tiles, modern shower. The room has in room remote
controlled air conditioning and original hot water radiant heat. There is a
writing desk and a side chair, a beautiful wood and marble vanity and
complimentary robe and slippers for your stay. The Alex room is calm, charming
and airy, like the grandson for which it is named.

THE LUCIA KING
The Lucia is the largest
bedroom in the Main House and was once the Master bedroom. The Lucia room, with
5 windows, offers a wonderful King sized bed with carved 4 posters. The colors
in the Lucia are a light lialac and plum. the original large master bathroom
has the original white and gold leaf tile, clawfoot soaking tub with shower
option, a handcarved oak mantel and fireplace with white tiles. The room has in
room remote controlled air conditioning and original hot water radiant
heat.There is an oval shaped writing desk and side chair, a big sitting chair
and ottoman, and a small television. There is a corner marble and chrome
handwashing sink, original to the house. The Lucia room offers complimentary
robe and slippers for your stay. The Lucia faces the river and is expansive and
romantic. Lucia is the oldest grandchild. The room is breathtaking and peaceful
at the same time, much like the grandaughter for whom it is named.

THE ANNABELLA
The Annabella, with its red
walls and red and pink floral motif, is very romantic and offers an incredible
view of the Elk River and the Grounds. There is a large sitting chair, ottoman,
and a sidechair for your relaxation. The Annabella also has a spectacular step
out balcony for catching a view of the Elk River and the stars at night. There
is a modern shower with a built in tile shower bench. The room has in room
remote controlled air conditioning and original hot water radiant heat. The
Annabella has a beautiful wood and marble vanity and complimentary robe and
slippers for your stay. The handcarved oak mantel and cream and mauve tile
fireplace help make the Annabella cozy and vibrant, just like the granddaughter
for which it is named.
