Cafe Cimino Country Inn, named as one of the “South’s Best Inns” and among the “South’s Most Charming Inns” by Southern Living Magazine is now for sale by the owners, Chef Tim & Melody Urbanic.
The owner/operators are no longer taking reservations for the restaurant, bar or guest rooms. They are focusing all of their attention on finding a new owner in hopes that the Inn can once again operate and serve the community for years to come.
About the Estate
The Inn, operated since 2007, is a spectacular venue for private & public events, and offers 10 cozy, comfortable guest rooms, a studio apartment and a full innkeeper apartment, a restaurant and a riverside bar on a charming 1.1 acre estate.
Located on the quiet Main Street in the small town of Sutton, the Inn is gracefully situated on the banks of the Elk River. Guests have visited Café Cimino Country Inn to unwind and relax- stroll on the ample grounds which include 500 feet of uninterrupted river access, covered pavilions and many charming places to sit and take in the sights and sounds of nature.
For years, this peaceful setting has offered a quiet, calm retreat- for travelers, romantic getaways, business meetings & family celebrations of all kinds.
Cafe Cimino Country Inn became one of this state's most popular and celebrated destinations. A safe, secluded and scenic getaway in the heart of West Virginia.
Chef Tim & Melody are extremely grateful to all their wonderful guests who dined and stayed at the Inn through the years and want to thank each and every one for their business and, in many cases, their friendship.
